Last week, Mean Doe Green released his new album Shade Proof, which serves as a follow-up to his DJBooth-hosted Hard Hats & Hand Grenades. The NO DJ version of the project is now available for free download via Audiomack.com.
According to Green, the album “pays homage to the 90’s era of Hip Hop, when message and content was king.” This is evident on Booth-approved stand out cut, “Thankful.”
Joining the Sacramento native on Shade Proof are Arty Fresha, Chuuwee, Planet Asia and more.
