Sacramento buzzmaker Mean Doe Green has hooked up with DJBooth.net to bring fans his latest street album, Hard Hats & Hand Grenades.
The project features 15 tracks’ worth of new material, written by the artist while tour with Raekwon from April-May. Included are previously-featured leaks “The George Jeffersons” and “Opera Towers.”
Joining Mean Doe Green on the guest tip throughout Hard Hats & Hand Grenades are The Jacka, Raekwon, Planet Asia, Chuuwee, Black Zeek, Tommy Nova, MaryAnn, Ahkello, Bloe, Tekitha Wisdom, Noah, Hello World, Mic Jordan, Polo, Arty Fresha, Griffen and Nicatyne. In addition to production by the artist himself, the project features beats by D.C. SoulPlusMind (LA), Alexander Dedov (RUSSIA), the DrumAddictz (SAC), Willie Staxx (NY), Carolina Blue (N.C.), MTK (SEA), Money L. (SAC), Poach Stevens (OAK), Grinch (N.Y.) and Wesley Avery.
