Lyriciss - The Balance EP: Respect

Over the past few years hip-hop’s gone askew, weighted towards disposable music and dishonest emcees. DMV standout Lyriciss is here to to help right those wrongs with his new quickstrike project, The Balance EP: Respect. The project contains four original and hard-hitting selections, including reader-approved leaks Stop Scheming and title track The Balance.

Vocal duties on Respect are handled entirely by Lyriciss. Production comes from beatsmiths Grussle, J-Scrilla and Chop-La-Rok and contains bonus clean versions of each record for the spinning pleasure of DJs worldwide.

Respect is the first of four EPs from Lyriciss’ The Balance series, all available exclusively via The DJBooth. Keep an eye out for the second EP, Money, due to drop in early 2012.
