Laws, the Brazilian-born, Florida-based up-and-comer who introduced himself to the Booth as “Your Future Favorite Rapper,” is back with a brand new street album, 4:57 PM.
Hosted by heavyweight producer/DJ Don Cannon, the 17-track mixtape sees Laws taking listeners on a tour of his life since signing with J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League/Asylum/Warner Bros. Along for the ride are guest collaborators like Jay Rock, Jason Caesar and Calvin Harris (to name a few).
In addition to production by Laws’ label bosses, Grammy-winning trio The J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, the project features instrumentals from 9th Wonder, M-Phazes, DJ Khalil, and more.

 I've had the chance to listen to the tape for about 5 days now and after 3 complete listens I have come away a big believer in Laws. His rhymes, his flow, his charisma, his diction, his energy. Its all there!
Props to all involved and thanks to Laws and his team for working with us on this release.

Definitely one of the best mixtapes i have heard in awhile. I cant stop "Shining" & "Wall to Wall". This is very different than other mixtapes because you can listen to every song and it almost sounds like an album. Good pick up J.U.S.T.I.C.E. league.

Wow! This is Tyga, I used to work with this young talent about 8 or 9 years ago. Laws has come along way. He was my lead off battle cat that would just embarass mc's with his quick tongue n sick word play. To hear him now on the radio is so exciting. No one deserves it more! His hard work n dedication are just inspirational. It's just sad that he had to dumb it down to get radio play. I'm proud to say that I worked with such a shining star. This cat bleeds hip hop! Keep embarassing mc's. One luv to my future favorite rapper!

Keep doing your thing. It's been a long word but you made it buddy!!! Kinda crazy going from running around with a personal camcorder to being on T.V. and in magazines huh.

After one listen to Laws' album I had to hit replay! His sound is refreshing, lyrics are dope and on point, delivery is a 10, and the overall feeling you get after listening puts you in a good feeling for him and for hip hop.
I recommend a listen.. |

I swear I was about to distance myself from [Hip-Hop] for a long time because there was little, if not, nothing at all of something "New, Different, and Real" but ohhhhh! Kachy come up with a little of his song called SHAYO in area of ibadan? It's also called for SON of ibadan raising STAR with a brand new styl of his music called SHAYO! These guy have a lot offer @ olu in ibadan with his beautifuly tracks including shayo, catch me!
