Purple Ribbon emcee Kyle Lucas and beatsmith Captain Midnite (T. Mills, The Let Go, Sol) have hooked up with DJBooth.net and Lollapalooza to exclusively bring listeners their collaborative release, The Sky Is Falling and I’m Fine, for free for only 48 hours.
The project features seven original cuts from the Vonnegutt frontman (and freestyle series contributor) and the Seattle producer. Included on the tracklist are previously-featured, reader-approved leaks “Take It Apart” and “Your Tragedy.”
Joining Lucas on the collaborative tip throughout The Sky Is Falling are The Let Go, Grynch, Murder Dice and Sol. Fans of Kyle Lucas can catch the emcee performing at Lollapalooza, going down the weekend of August 5-7 in Chicago.
