Been listening Sparks for a while. This album in particular is excellent. so here's my break down of the high lights.
The Show Starts, sets the tone with sparks on the mic schooling emcees with what it is to be a true rapper on the mic with hard hitting lyrics and flow. The remix is even better with Rapsody and Laws adding their flavor to the track. Sounds like a beat Premiere could have made with Nas doing his thing. Conundrum, has a hard beat that automatically grabs the listeners attention. Sparks and Angelous do an excellent job at trading verses and keeping the listener entertained. Cashmere Flow, is off the chain as well. Has a very haunting angelic back drop as Sparks goes HAM over the beat with lines like "no need to teach me how to Duggy but I could teach you how to rap". Special, has a seductive beat from Kurser and sexy smooth vocals from Tina Quallo that tag team well with Sparks lyrics of his Speical woman. Gold Chain, is a Hip Hop master piece. Beat, Rhymes, and Flows are outta this world on this one. Sparks and Angelous do a great job off feeding on each others skill level to compete head to head on this track. Slow Motion, one of my favorite songs from this album. based on the content alone and passion is what grabs me on this song. Sparks is excellent at grabbing the listener with his words. Success, is another one of my favorites where Sparks talks about everything from personal issues to dealing with other problems. Solid 5 star project |

one thing that I can honestly say about K. Sparks is that I will always respect this man's grind. He puts in so much effort, it is only right that he gets a taste of fame. People really sleep on this man, maybe not on this site, but everywhere else. Sparks needs more exposure. This album was great. Not my favorite from him, but good nonetheless.

Each album I always think "this is his greatest album ever" but than he goes and makes an even better album than the last. I love everything about this album...track 5 "Special" is def my favorite song. Its my ringtone! Track 12 "Success" you can tell is definitely based on true daily struggles. You can hear the frustration in his voice...Great album, amazing artwork and the title speaks for itself. K.Sparks has definitely been diagnosed with SUCCESS. I love me some K.Sparks!!!!

K. Sparks is one of the most talented independent artists out right now. Every album sounds complete from start to finish and while this isn't my favorite album. It's really damn good. He is just a very polished artist.

Great mixtape, but is there any chance of a higher quality release? Please. At least at 192 kbps.
