Up-and-coming emcee/singer Johnny Polygon has hooked up with DJBooth.net and 2DopeBoyz for the release of his highly-anticipated new EP, Wolf in Cheap Clothing.
The follow-up to February’s Rebel Without Applause mixtape, the EP features seven fresh new tracks from the Tulsa buzzmaker who brought us reader-approved joints “Day Dreamin’” and “Get Right.”
While Johnny Polygon is the sole vocalist on Wolf in Cheap Clothing, the set boasts production by numerous prominent beatsmiths, including Picnic Tyme, Danny Duran and The Soundmen.

ehh not gonna lie a little disappointed. i wish there was a couple more songs but its watev. i'll give it a 3 but i dont want to. just too "pop" for me. hes got somethin tho, he just needs the right beat.

He's different. That's what i like about it. not quiet hip hop or pop. Beats make you bump your head though.

To be honest, I didn't care for it at first... but the more I listen to it, the more it grows on me. Usually albums that manage to grow so much in my experience are the best-- it means it is something creative/new/different and takes some getting used to. Anyways, if you don't like it at first, put it aside for a day or two and come back to it. I bet you will have a similar experience. Thanks for reppin the 918 Johnny P!

Johnny Polygon is great at what he does. And what he does is make good music. And this is a good mixtape, but way too short. But i do really like every song on it. Thats really rare for me, but i truely like them all.
