Memphis hip-hop group FreeSol has hooked up with DJBooth.net to drop RockNRolla, a street album on which the live-band ensemble puts their spin on a variety of rock classics.
Hosted and presented by DJ Benzi, the 17-track project finds rapper Free, keyboardist Premo D’anger, drummer Kickman Teddy and vocalist/guitarist Elliot flipping memorable tracks by Smashing Pumpkins (“RockNRolla”), The Doors (“Before You Slip”), and many more.
Throughout RockNRolla, FreeSol are joined by such heavyweight collaborators as Three 6 Mafia, 8Ball, Kyle Lucas and Adam Tensta. Guest production comes courtesy of Multiman [for MMG] and Tabu [for SMG].

Why haven't more people commented on this mixtape? It's really awesome. The songs that I think are the best are Before You Slip and RoknRolla.
