DMV up-and-comer Ced Hughes has hooked up with DJBooth.net to bring listeners his latest street release,One Day We’ll Wake Up.
A DIY project recorded entirely in Hughes’ spare bedroom, the project features 23 fresh tracks’ worth of new material. Included are reader-approved leaks “Top Priority,” “Lights!,” “Youth Blood” and “The Sh*t.”
Joining Hughes on the guest tip throughout One Day are Donwill (of Tanya Morgan), Che Grand and !Attie. In addition to the artist’s own production, the project features beats by Gabe Niles, Chad Hugo (of The Neptunes), The DO, Xaphoon Jones, Royskopp and more.

Talented MC. Good beats, though I assume many are recycled, he has chosen some really unique stuff. This is on pretty steady rotation for me right now - great mix.
