DJBooth.net Presents: Brooklyn’s Finest (Vol. 2)

To celebrate the July 6 release of crime thriller Brooklyn’s Finest on Blu-Ray & DVD, DJBooth.net has assembled more of the borough’s hottest underground/up-and-coming hip-hop talents for a sequel to our compilation mixtape of the same name.

Mixed by DJ Critical Hype and featuring artwork by our own DJ Ohms, Brooklyn’s Finest (Vol. 2) features eight fresh new records from BK’s best and brightest. Included on the project are “Feel My Pain,” a Booth-approved cut by street veteran AZ, and “Proven,” an exclusive, previously-unreleased track by Skyzoo.

Also contributing to the album are reader-acclaimed emcees Red Cafe, Sha Stimuli, Von Pea (of Tanya Morgan), Sene, J.J. Brown and Kool Sphere. Beats come courtesy of such production heavyweights as The Real Focus…, Frank Dukes (w/ cuts by Statik Selektah), Algorhythm and more.
