In anticipation of the acclaimed crime thriller’s arrival on the silver screen, DJBooth.net is proud to bring listeners the brand new Brooklyn’s Finest mixtape.
The Booth-sponsored street album compiles hot material by a diverse array of the legendary hip-hop borough’s foremost talents, including previously-featured cuts from Bekay (“Brooklyn Bridge”) AZ (“I’m Ill,”) and Jeff Chery (“Zone Out”), as well as contributions from Red Cafe, Sha Stimuli and D. Julien (to name just a few). The digital download version of the project comes complete with a trailer for the forthcoming film.
Starring Richard Gere, Ethan Hawke and Wesley Snipes, Brooklyn’s Finest is set to hit theaters everywhere March 5.

this is a well put together mixtape all the artists tell stories with great lyrical talent. most of the tracks have too many bars that stand out. Very good mixtape

One of my favorite mix tapes. I downloaded this when it first same out. I just recently made a account on this site so I thought I might as well put in my two sense on it. A song to check out in my opinion on it would have to be Bottom of Our Heart by True 2 Life Music. When I first herd the title I thought it was some wack love some, but then realized that would not go with the flow of the whole tape all that well. I checked it and am still listening to it as of this morning. I would truly recommend this mix tape without a doubt.
