DJ’s “Z”, Caliente & Arcen from DJBooth.net have interviewed the ladies of Black Buddafly, a hot new trio signed to Def Jam Records.
Originally from Germany, the women of Black Buddafly have a world renowned musical appeal. With their smash single “Rock-A-Bye” already in rotation at radio stations across the states, the female trio is gearing up for their follow-up single featuring Fabolous, entitled “Bad Girl”. With an expected second quarter release date for their debut album, the group is excited and promises to live up to the hype their material has created.
During the interview the girls candidly explain their transition from Europe to the United States in addition to the album’s guest features and production team. Not to mention, what it’s like to be signed by head honcho Russell Simmons to Def Jam. The girls even bless us with their vocal abilities as they sing acapella. Take a listen!
