iPhaymus's TOP HIP HOP SINGLES

So Hard To Breathe Promo Photo B.o.B - “So Hard To Breathe”

“Everything I've heard from Strange Clouds I've loved. Alex da Kid never fails to produce hits and I expect this and the Taylor Swift collab to dominate the hip-hop/pop charts this year. B.o.B 's mainstream formula is working and has been and I don't see why he should stop taking that route.”

Take It To The Head Promo Photo DJ Khaled - “Take It To The Head”

“Khaled does it again. This is gonna be as big as I'm On One last year, I wish Drake jumped on the track, but this ish is hot. This has summertime hit written all over it.”

Headlines Promo Photo Drake - “Headlines”

“Ok song, but Drake needs to go harder!!!! The production is always top notch from Boi-1da, but I know Drake can do better. He needs to stop with the sing-rap flow. The radio will eat this song up, but at least we get a rapping Drizzy. Not as great a lead single as Over, but still good.”

Legendary Promo Photo Royce Da 5'9" - “Legendary”

“Am I weird for saying that I'm really feeling the rock production? Royce went in, that's all that needs to be said. And the hook is ok, but sorta catchy.”

iPhaymus's TOP ALBUMS

Strange Clouds Promo Photo B.o.B - “Strange Clouds”

“Amazing album. As said in the review, the album has it all, from club-bangers, emotional tracks, radio-crossover hits to street anthems. Every song was great to listen to and Bombs Away was a great intro to the album. The production was amazing throughout, especially Never Let You Go, Arena, Castles and So Hard To Breathe. Strange Clouds may be a little bit too radio-friendly, but B.o.B still delivers with the same attitude and energy that he does on his mixtapes and first album. I also loved the Taylor Swift collaboration Both Of Us too, it sends a positive message and Swift delivers, just as all of the other features on the album. Almost every song can be a single and this album will sell a lot.”

The Dreamer / The Believer Promo Photo Common - “The Dreamer / The Believer”

“People should Take Care of and Watch the Throne, cuz Common just took over the Cole ("whole") World by storm.”

Watch the Throne Promo Photo The Throne - “Watch the Throne”

“It's mid 2011, but The Throne has owned this year. Watch The Throne is a dream come true for long time hip-hop fans who have seen Jay-Z and Kanye grow as artists. I see this album more as a Yeezy album because of Ye's little touch in the production in the majority of the songs. This and Hell the Sequel are two of the best albums this year, but I think Watch The Throne is slightly better in terms of production while it isn't as lyrically eyepopping as the Bad Meets Evil EP. This album is gonna make so much money, from the Jay-Z fans, Kanye fans and the long time hip-hop fans. Top songs: Murder To Excellence, Ni**as in Paris, Who Gon' Stop Me, Why I Love You and Gotta Have It”
