Trey Songz - “Ready”
“Usually i agree with Nathans reviews 100%.... but this is just whack!! I agree with two things: firstly lol:) is not worthy of being on the album let alone a single... Trey could of easily put on Brand New or In Ya Phone on the album to replace this shockin song and to appeal to the younger generation Secondly successful is drakes so i dont know what it is doing on here Aside from that, you can not be so critical of Ready. Saying that he is just imitating other artists is way off, they all copy each other and you can listen to any RnB song and draw comparisons to another... you so "i need a girl" is a rip off of "with you"? i saw "with You" is a rip off of neyos Because of you which is probably a rip off of someting else, u dig? And maybe he sounds like numerous artists on the album beacause in the first half of the album he is sending a message... he can do what all chris brown, jamie fox, drake etc does and in the second half of the album, proves he is the shit and better than them all. Now, you cant say that tracks from the Dreams Love vs money, which you rated so highly, are better than the songs on the latter half of the album... One love, black roses, does he do it, love lost, holla if you need me and yo side of the bed are classic RnB bangers!!! which you can really chill out to You say its all over the place and trey doesnt know who he is? no way... half the album hes delivering catchy tracks that will get him noticed and in the charts ( say ahh, invented sex,need a girl) once hes reeled them in with these he smashes it in the second half of the album showing you what hes really made from. Stop comin down so hard on Trey Should support the artists who can actually sing rather than the autotune wasterz” macattack00's Rating:
