Blitz The Ambassador Blitz The Ambassador - “Something to Believe”

“been a fan from the 1st time i saw him at the brooklyn hip hop festival in 2007. not many cats can rock with a live band but i can't see him doing it any other way. the horns are crazy on this and my fav line, "can't stand their own voice, that's why they auto tune it" has so many meanings behind it. glad he's getting more exposure.”

Outkast - “The Art of Storytellin (Part 4) ft. Marsha Ambrosius”

Marsha Ambrosius Marsha Ambrosius - “Heartbreaker”

“horns are sick, vocals are tight. i can already see the video for this: marshmellow blows cigar smoke into a dudes face and puts the cigar out in his drink b4 taking the stage and looking him dead in his face when she sings it. then struts off the stage looking hella fierce into a waiting car (has to be a classic car though).”

Stereotype Promo Photo Blitz The Ambassador - “Stereotype”

“"stereotype" is the equivalent of strong, black coffee: it wakes you up from the bullshyt that we have been forced to consume everyday from our local radio stations and video channels every 20 odd minutes and damn near hypnotized into believing it's something we really do enjoy because the songs are played so often that we actually know the words through no fault of our own. he's clever, entertaining and thought provoking; all without the usual suspects of drug sales, sexul exploits, designer/brand shout outs and expletives. this is a solid debut album all around.”
