Jack R's TOP HIP HOP SINGLES

Rick Ross Rick Ross - “Mafia Music 2”

“It has smooth production match's the original but for me "Mafia Music" was a battle track and this is just to soft for me but Ross really got more lyrical and that Nikki Minaj line was crazy and Chrisette Michele was only in the back ground so she didn't play a major role in the song”

Shonie Shonie - “I Just Wanna”

“The new are R&B girl for Slip & Slide teams up with the next Andre 3k himself. Over all the single is radio ready single with some smooth producing from Jim Jonsin that blinds well with Shonie's vocals. B.o.B. sounds kinda out of place but he blinds his flow with the production and comes out great. Both artists do the hook and there vocals together was great. So over all the song is a banger and I must say Slip & Slide has a star on there hands.”

Bun B Bun B - “Don't Die”

“This is the first time I heard Bun as a solo artist with all the ft's that his on. But it's a banger that is good for the Houston rap scene. Talib had a solid flow and lyrics was performed well and the Colin Munroe hook was a little over solid and like always Bun specks the truth with the line "Ain't no people die rich by sell drugs, they just die" man is that the hard core truth or what.”
