The Cool Promo Photo Lupe Fiasco - “The Cool”

“This CD is colossal sucess…. far from a fiasco. We are witnessing history the cool will have an immeasurable impact on MUSIC not just hip-hop. His mind-blowing unique wordplay mixed with very deep insight Lupe will lure new fans to hip-hop, the fans want a feeling of a tribe called quest but all they have left is this guy called LUPE and west. I have loved Chi-town music way back to like 1995 with Do-or Die then twista, now common, kanye and Lupe. Untold part 3 the last cd in the trilogy lupEND will be great……………..to pass the time until then check out his mixtape Revenge of the nerds. Revenge of the nerds is a GREAT cd”

American Gangster Promo Photo Jay-Z - “American Gangster”

“turn crack rocks into a chain of 40/40's sorry my jewelery so gordy. -jay- this album is the shit. DJ Blaze ya i'm talkin to you DJ BLAZE I give you the award for hater of the year. hate hate hate hate hate. Man you get NO RESPECT wheres "pray" "no hook" "success"your the reason hip hop is dying!!! this cd is a classic. On a more important note. I am predicting that American Gangster is Jays last cd. I am making this prediction basied on one lyric, a lyric from the Black album which i'm sure you all are familar with. "So this here is the victory lap Then I'm lea-vin, that's how you get me back After a year of them 16's, it's one point two And that's two point four, and I'm only doin two" Jay has realeased at least one cd every year( 1 individual + .2 Best of both worlds projects) so that equals 1 whole cd + .2 of a whole cd every year. So after the black album Jay retired for 2 yrs. (1.2 + 1.2 = 2.4) He says that he says "i'm only doing 2" Well folks he has done two, kingdom come and American Gangster. this is just a thought I hope i'm wrong. Some of you probally think I am a crazy conspiricy theoriest, you might be right! What does this line mean to other people?”
