Trey Songz Trey Songz - “I Need A Girl”

“Yea, this is a hit. Guaranteed, will top the Billboard Top 100, Billboard Urban AC... and Billboard Hip Hop & R&B tracks. I see this living up to the likes of Irreplacable and So Sick.. both worldwide hits. This song is gonna thrust him out the urban scene into all of Top 40 and worldwide status.”

Vistoso Bosses
Vistoso Bosses - “Delirious”

“I really do like this song... I actually do think that if this gets released... it will do wonderful on the charts, and Top 40 stations will blaze the crap out of it... I think the addition of a guest rapper will put this over the top. I think TLC would do something to this track if they were still active today...”

Flo Rida Flo Rida - “Sugar ft. Wynter Gordon”

“I don't understand why people don't like this track. Sure it's the same old club track, but I think it has massive club appeal and will dominate the charts. What really impresses me is Wynter Gordon's vocals, they were perfect, I have been watching her for a while, waiting to hop on something, and she finally has done it. This however does not showcase her singing abilities, as most people can carry a simple tune... shes much better than this. Truth is though, were not looking for a Jennifer Hudson performance on a club track.. so once again, her vocals were perfect. Point blank, the track is hot.”

Adrian
Adrian - “Bring It Back”

“When the song first came on, I was instantly feeling this production, we haven't heard this sound in a while, but then that kind of scares me because radio stations might not pick it up. When it first came on it really reminded me of The Dream, but I forgot about him as the song kept going on. I really like this, i give it a solid five for talent, but a four because I want to actually see radio stations rotate this first.”
