DJdjohn's TOP HIP HOP SINGLES

Eminem Eminem - “We Made You”

“This brings memories back from the classic em that everyone knows..he sounds somewhat different but overall it feels like he is just letting us skim the surface of what he is about to unleash with his new album.”

Flo Rida Flo Rida - “Right, Round”

“I disagree with you BeMore. I honestly think Flo Rida fit into that song perfectly and the way he flows and raps combines with everything else in Low made it a top record. It would just sound different. This will definitely be in the clubs, w/o a doubt.”

Eminem Eminem - “Crack a Bottle ft. Dr. Dre & 50 Cent”

“Em did fine on this track. I thought production was well done and everyone is on point. Didn't disappoint. And I thought he did good lyrically. I know its not like lose yourself or some of his other good lyrical songs but I don't think he was trying to make a track like that with this.”

Ludacris Ludacris - “I Do It for Hip Hop ft. Jay-Z & Nas”

“All three of these guys go hard on this track but Jay-Z just tore it up. This track is lyrically insane, but I don't think in ten years I will be saying remember "I Do It For Hip Hop"?”

Eminem Eminem - “I’m Having A Relapse (Freestyle)”

“The guy who introduced me to hip hop right here. Great stuff.”

DJdjohn's TOP ALBUMS

Theater Of The Mind Promo Photo Ludacris - “Theater Of The Mind”

“One of the best albums of the year? How about one of the best albums of the last COUPLE years. This album is fucking amazing. Luda is a lyrical beast and is up there with the Game, Nas, Jay-Z, Pac, Biggie and Em as some of the greatest ever. The album was put together so well and the whole "theatre" atmosphere of the production of the album was great. Nas and The Game are my 2 favorite rappers all time and Luda's album, in my opinion, definitely surpassed Untitled and LAX. What an amazing piece of art to listen to. Very close to classic. On a side note, how can you label an album a classic without listening to it. Thats one of the stupidest comments I've ever heard.”

Paper Trail Promo Photo T.I. - “Paper Trail”

“I think it's the second best album of 2008 so far. Great production and great lyircs. Also has some good guest appearances. Better than Carter III. It's just a little better than LAX, but doesn't beat Nas' Untitled. It's a 4.5 and I'll round up.”
