Focused Promo Photo Wale - “Focused”

“Not every song must have deep substance. If it hits inside you and gets you hyped, it's a great achievement. Wale has a unique style, love his lyrics and delivery.”

J. Cole J. Cole - “Disgusting”

“Song is disgusting (meaning dope)!!! Cole sounded much like Kanye's "lazy" flow, but the delivery is not boring just because it's lazy! The beat is simply fresh. Much like the flow, it's pseudo-lazy and it actually has great work behind it! As for the lyrics, it's good to see J. Cole relaxed for once and just having fun, I don't want him to go Wale and flop!”

Christine Dior Denim Flow Promo Photo Kanye West - “Christine Dior Denim Flow”

“What the... ? What's up with this rating? Production and chorus alone (Legend's higher vocals, yet on the background, were exquisite!), make this a banger! The guitar?! Oh God! You must really not care about that instrument not to go crazy on the second part of the song and the riffs. By the way, switching it like that was classy good taste! People need to stop being so biased every time they hear an unexpected rapping... Trey Songz often out-raps rappers on his remixes (check "Over", much better than Drake)! Ryan L. was fine, Banks was surprising, Cudi sounded finally at home and enjoyable. Musical feast!”

F*ck You Promo Photo Cee-Lo Green - “F*ck You”

“XD What a great song!!! =D Cacthy, funny and hearing a "Fvck You" never felt to uplifting! Really, this changed my mood completely... Cee-Lo is music! Agree with Z, it's a damn shame to edit anything about this!”

The Lady Killer Promo Photo Cee-Lo Green - “The Lady Killer”

“... ?!? Didn't see this coming, definitely, even after he started singing (there I go, talking as if I knew of him when he rapped! :p). But Nathan, how can you rate this short of classic? I mean, according to your rules, you believe the man could do a better record than this... that's just not possible! I'm with Mr. Phantastic.”

The Darkside Vol. 1 Promo Photo Fat Joe - “The Darkside Vol. 1”

“There's not one single bad song on the album. How's this not solid, Nate?! Fat Joe surprised the hell out of me!!! Album really sounded like crafted as a whole, the production was fire (almost every song is worth listening for the beat alone) and Crack brought a raw flow and hungry lyrics!”

FredRico's TOP MIXTAPES & STREET ALBUMS

{title} Emilio Rojas - Breaking Point

“@keepzup completely agree with you man! It's insane that people complain about this record because it's not the "Emilio they know and come to expect" (as far as content goes at that). I don't give a fvck if Emilio Rojas makes a tape talking about b!tches for the whole thing: he's still one of the best to ever do it. There are no complaints about his lyrics or his delivery because they remain impeccable. As far as I'm concerned, I'm happy he's doing well in lighter subject matters, I don't want to seem him going through what happened to Wale on his first album. I love Emilio's work and I want him to succeed, so I'm not going to be critical about his music getting commercial appeal. The production was what actually made listening to Rojas a completely new and enjoyable experience. It was fresh hearing Emilio on songs like "I thought you knew" or ""Pvssy and Cologne", he owned them. All around, production was outstanding and matched Emilio's greatness.”

{title} YelaWolf - Trunk Muzik

“In case someone is wondering, to download the full mixtape you should Right click the "download trunk muzik" link and click "Save as". The first track made me download it right away... what a great, expressive flow! I actually dig his looks, lol, so not-how-a-rapper-should-look-like! XD Haters will have a feast... He looks like Travis Barker though, maybe that will help cuz we are all familiar with his rock remixes.”
