“How this album could have haters I'll never know but I guess everyone has different tastes. I for one tho thought this album was amazing. Best r&b album in years? The dream in control of r&b? I, personally, think people have somewhat forgotten about Ne-Yo. But I digress. The production is impeccable. & I actually love Dream's vocals. His voice is different, it's pleasant. I don't think you should knock the songs cuz of the vocals because his songs play to his strengths. He's not gonna sing over a song with a simple beat and try to sing the shit out of it cuz that's not him. He did great on this album. I took an hour out of a busy day to just hear the album front to back and skipped no tracks. Best R&B Cd of the year by far. I give it a 4.5 out of 5.”

“Lyrically Wayne is out of this world on this album. Some of the beats coulda done him more justice on the lyrics but other than that it is a great album. Despite a few skippable tracks I've had to listen to this CD at least once a day and everytime you listen to a certain track you finally understand one of his crazy ass lyrics that at first listen you say to yourself "what the fuck is he saying??". Love him or hate him you must admit that this man is killin' beats with the most originality ever and yes it's partly because of his heavy drug use but you can't say its only the drugs because there are alot more than a handful of rappers on the same shit he's on with clearly not the same results. Lil' Wayne will always have haters cuz everyone has different tastes but you can't deny he's bringin' heat in a unique way and if you cant at least give him props then you're probably too ignorant and closed-minded to do so. Either way Lil' Wayne is making millions doing what he lives to do and he has no time to write lyrics down on a sheet of paper or to listen to you blabber about how much your favorite rapper is better than him. P.S. Tha Carter 3 would have been a definite classic if his songs didn't leak every week. "I know the future", "Outstanding", "La la la", "Trouble" etc. replace the skippable songs on C3 with those and you got a classic album.”
