“When I first heard this song it wasn't what I was expecting. But after listening to it a few times, I got hooked on the song. This is more mainstream j cole, which he HAS to make to get more fans and add to his fan base to help the album sell more. Plus the label forces him to make more mainstream songs to sell more as well. But by having mainstream songs out before the album, he will appeal to the "mainstream" audience and once he brings them in, he can introduce them to REAL music, the Cole that we are use to, and can ultimately change what mainstream thinks is good music.
