Big Sean - “Finally Famous”
“For those that like Big Sean, the album is pretty much as anticipated. It lacks the lyrical depth of many of his GOOD music counterparts. But, Sean is not the kind of artist that will bust out with deeply meaningful songs. That said, his lyrics are creative, humorous, and enjoyable. On Finally Famous, Sean delivers a familiar flow that his fans will enjoy but will be unlikely to convince people that he is truly great. As a Sean fan, I enjoyed the album. "Marvin Gaye & Chardonnay" is classic Sean; the lyrics drip with the egotistical attitude that is obvious in most of his songs and mixtapes. In no way is the album an instant classic - and I hesitate to put in on the same level as Yeezy's College Dropout - but Sean delivers what I expected - a unique but still dope album.” tilted's Rating:
