Tech N9ne - “F*ck Food”
“As a longtime Tech fan, I was a tad disappointed with this track at first, but after a few listens I have grown to love it. The production actually works quite well for all 3 artists. I'd give it a 4, but I'm going to bump this up to a 5 just because of the doors it will open to the King of Darkness in the future--a historical collaboration.” E. Tech N9ne - “I Love Music”
“Could not be more excited for this project. Tech is one of the best rappers ever to rock the mic. 'I Love Music' certainly isn't his best work (mostly because Krizz's subpar hook), but it's definitely a solid album track. Definitely picking up the LP when it drops. Until then, the wait for 'Fuck Food' with Wayne and Pain continues...” E. Jaffe's Rating:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

T-Pain - “Best Love Song”
“The best thing I've heard from Pain in quite some time. Young Fyre is too good. This should perform well at the radio, really well.” E. Jaffe's Rating:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

T.I. - “Castle Walls”
“One of the few tracks that I actually enjoyed off of "No Mercy". If there's any hit potential on the album, this is it. Tip handles his verses with all the swagger in the world and Ms. Aguilera handles her hook duties wonderfully. Great listen.” E. Jaffe's Rating:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

DJ Khaled - “Welcome to My Hood”
“I think we all know what's going to happen here. Khaled is going to drop more and more of these super-collabos until one sticks. It happened with his last album ("All I Do Is Win") and I have no doubt that it'll happen with this one. "Welcome to My Hood" won't be the one that sticks, but it's definitely enjoyable. Save Plies, Nasty's production is noteworthy and everyone puts in a worthwhile effort. Khaled just can't seem to win (ironically) with listeners. First, everyone complains he talks too much. He stops talking and now everyone complains that he keeps making the same tracks over and over again. Are we really going to complain about super-collabos, people? Just wait until the Luda-feature leaks. You know it's going to be fire.” E. Jaffe's Rating:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Chamillionaire - “When Ya On”
“I don't get all these "Cham has gotten better" posts. Ultimate Victory was one of the best Hip Hop albums of 2008, if not the best. "When Ya Hustle" is an extremely solid track but pales in comparison to most of the tracks found on that aforementioned album. Nipsey was a solid if unnecessary addition. Personally, the second I heard this beat I thought "J. Cole needs to be on this". I stand by that thought.” E. Jaffe's Rating:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Bossman - “Illuminati”
“Competing with ¡MAYDAY! for entry of the night. Claws is a beast on the boards (pun kind of intended) and Bossman works the production to a tee. I just wish he'd change that stagename.” E. Jaffe's Rating:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

¡MAYDAY! - “Highs & Lows”
“If anyone could make an Ace Hood feature worthwhile, it would have to be ¡MAYDAY!. I caught these guys opening for Tech N9ne's Independent Grind Tour. I'm not sure I've ever seen an open act rip things the way they did. Big fan.” E. Jaffe's Rating:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

T.I. - “Welcome to the World”
“The best track on T.I.'s new album. While his verse certainly could have been a bit harder, Kanye is absolutely nuts on the production tip. Best producer alive? I think so.” E. Jaffe's Rating:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

T.I. - “All She Wrote”
“I wasn't feeling this for the first few listens, but the track has definitely grown on me. Both artist's bring their A Game and the production is superb. The only problem, for me, would be the poorly sung vocals on the chorus. Nevertheless, great track.” E. Jaffe's Rating:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

B.X.C - “Jump”
“I definitely see the Outkast influence here. BXC has been on my radar for a while now. I'd like to see these guys blow up nationally. Their live performance is top-notch as well (saw them open for Luda at FSU's Warchant concert).” E. Jaffe's Rating:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
