Killer Mike Killer Mike - “In My City”

“Dope track from Killer Mike. I agree with Spinz this had a UGK vibe to it. Banger”

B.o.B B.o.B - “Do You Have the Stamina”

“Nice production on this, I love it. The sample of Kanye was dope. While the production is stellar, I think the lyrics are ok. They are over-shadowed by the beat (the beat is intoxicating). Im giving this banger status for the production alone.”

Statik Selektah Statik Selektah - “The Thrill Is Gone ft. Styles P. & Talib Kweli”

“Dope music right here. Statik came with a nice beat. I do feel that it is a bit boring though, like something may be missing from it. Maybe Bowwserr is right and the track should be a little more dark. Either way, Styles came through hard on this one and Talib did his thing to. This is definately a banger.”

Fabolous Fabolous - “It's My Time ft. Jeremih”

“I'm a big Fab fan, so I may be a bit biased here. First off, the production is great! That being said, Fab really delivers with energy on this track, and I can see this being an easy hit. Fab's lyrics were on par and I can't wait for Loso's Way to drop!”

Asher Roth Asher Roth - “Y.O.U. ft. Slick Rick”

“This track is nice. It has a good vibe to it and it's so nice to hear from Slick Rick. I think Asher and Rick meshed together very well on this track, and the production was dope! (Loving the use of that sample) I've been listening to the album today, and I have to wonder why this track wasn't on there, because I agree with Z, this track is better than alot of the other ones on the album.”

J Dilla
J Dilla - “Reality Check ft. Black Thought”

“Dope dope dope! Big Dilla fan here(Roots fan to). I'm really feeling this. The production is nice, Dilla doesn't dissapoint, but its Black Thought's lyrics that shine through. I have to say it was a nice surprise coming home to see this track today.”

K. Sparks K. Sparks - “Everybody Has a Series”

“Wow, he went in on this. That beat sounds so simple but it works SO well. Lyrically I have to say Sparks did his thing like he always does. I do think the hook to this song is very week though. Luckily this hook isnt the focus in this song, so its ok. This is easily a banger.”

Camp Lo Camp Lo - “Regulate ft. Yahzarah”

“Im a fan of Camp Lo, so I was excited to see this up. :D The production is great IMO, and I think both Cheeba and Suede do their things on this. While not entirely a great track, its got a good vibe to it. I think Im going to give this a banger rating, because despite this being an ok track overall, it did scratch that Camp Lo itch I've been having for a while now.”

Method Man & Redman
Method Man & Redman - “A Yo! ft. Saukrates”
