Substantial Substantial - “The W.W.K.Y.A. Tour”

“This one is great, but also be sure to check out Kno's remix of the track on QN5.com. It should be the second blog post down and is free to download. His beat seems to fit the voices better. Both dope tracks though!”

Joe Budden Joe Budden - “We Outta Here”

“This song was off the hook. DrGT...hype or not...the song didn't deserve a measly one-star, can you at least admit that? Anyways, I liked the energy of both the beat and the emcees. The auto-tune actually made the song more listenable in my opinion. It definitely prepared listeners for the next verse.”

JR & PH7 JR & PH7 - “Top Rank ft. Guilty Simpson & Black Milk”

“The atmosphere of the track is what made this a 4-star affair. Black and Guilty aren't breaking new ground lyrically, but they stay in the pocket and the beat makes them sound different than usual (in a good way).”

“This and "Let's Go" are some of his best songs.”

The Alchemist
The Alchemist - “That'll Work ft. Three 6 Mafia & Juvenile”

“I would normally give a track like this 3 stars for the sub-par lyrical content, but the flows fit so well with the banging beat that I can overlook that aspect of the song.”

Royce Da 5'9 Royce Da 5'9" - “Shake This”

“Man, this song is good! The beat took awhile to grow on me, but after listening to it several times, I felt that it fit with Royce's simmering half-holding-back-half-shouting-style.”

Slaughterhouse Slaughterhouse - “Wack MC's”

“This song has been on repeat for awhile now. The beat is simple, but it's hype and allows the lyrics to come to the forefront. I thought Royce had the best verse, but the other three emcees brought heat in their own way.”

Royce Da 5'9 Royce Da 5'9" - “Gun Harmonizing”

“This is the definition of a solid banger. I can't give it five stars, because it wasn't classic in my opinion, but this is the type of songs that will have heads turning in Royce's direction (if they weren't already).”
