Avery Storm Avery Storm - “Leader of the Band”

“The vocals are on point but the production needs a lil something more to make it a HIT”

“Wtfff this guy's flow is a straight up replica of BIG BOIIII, if it wasn't deliberate it's sickkkkk”

Rick Ross Rick Ross - “Free Mason”

“This song will definitely add speculation to the fire that Jay-Z is a Mason lol this is great. This beat was kinda sparse tho, ross and jigga were basically freestylin on this. Still a good song. KILLUMINATI!!!!!”

Holding You Down (Going in Circles) Promo Photo Jazmine Sullivan - “Holding You Down (Going in Circles)”

“does anyone know the samples? this song is nutty, i always thought she had the voice, and with good production shes just a beast. LOVE the strings, though i think I heard it somewhere before. BANGER!”

We Say Promo Photo Co$$ (aka Ca$hus King) - “We Say”

“yo i was wondering why i quickly fell in love with the beat and i remembered that it sounded like Baby Bash's "Sugar Sugar". This is a chillin song.”

Deuces Promo Photo Chris Brown - “Deuces”

“Def a cool song, Chris Brown still has it and Tyga is not bad either. The beat sounds like a slowed down version of Rihanna's "Te Amo" from her new album. Hmm.”

Jay Electronica Jay Electronica - “The Ghost of Christopher Wallace”

“is it just me or does he sound A LOT like biggie in this song?? P.S. Diddy, stay away from rapping. Thank you.”

Ludacris Ludacris - “Sex Room”

“Trey Songz is really KILLIN IT these days, he's really become THE r&b/hook guy, and he definitely outshines Ludacris. Luda's flow is kinda slow, and i hate to say, but his rhyme scheme is getting kinda repetitive and predictable. Overall, Trey makes it a great song, but the song prob won't leave the sex room (lol).”

Red Cafe Red Cafe - “I'm Ill (Remix)”

“I really think this version is much more layered and thorough, Ryan Leslie especially TOOK OVER like i never knew he could. I think Red Cafe was good in this cuz he was limited to one verse, lol. And Banks is aight, he's usually a killer but his flow just didn't fit. Tight song.”

Marion Write Marion Write - “Dreams”

“Yo, this is an example of those songs that you don't want to listen you, but you must, like City High's "What Would You Do". The piano production was perfect, and the girl's soft but meaningful chorus was amazing. Loved this song.”

K-Young K-Young - “Love Drunk”

“DjBooth, thanks so much for putting these songs on your site. I'm a guy, but after listening to this song a few times, especially the chorus, it's on repeat. This guy sings with emotion and any other good adjective I can think of. Two thumbs up (or 5 stars, if you insist).”

J The S J The S - “Put My Cape On”

“His flow is out of control, but I think that makes him stand out. Franco lays down an ill hook, one of those choruses that both sound good and actually means something. If the production was a little bit catchier, and Franco's voice was raised (volume-wise), this song would BLOW UP, no joke. In conclusion, sick songggg.”

Novel Novel - “Take Over”

“This song is the reason I come to DJBooth every night. I want a song to take me somewhere, and I feel like the place Novel takes us is beautiful. His production is intricate and jungle-like, and his vocals really make you "feel". I really wish he gets the success he deserves. I'm gonna let this song sink in for a while...”
