Raymond v Raymond Promo Photo Usher - “Raymond v Raymond”

“This album is hella good, way better than "Here I Stand", even though I actually enjoyed that one... "Pro Lover" has got to be my favorite, its like a Jamaican tune mixed with that Dr. Dre song with Snoop Dogg ("First Episode" I think). "Guilty" is guilty pleasure, definitely a SMASH. "She Don't Know" is extremely addictive. "Mars vs. Venus" is beautiful. This album reminded me ALOT of Confessions, something about the melodies and productions. I can't get enough of this!”

“I agree with Phantasmic, "I Know You got A Man" is in my top 3 off of the album, with #1 probably being "Sex Room" and "Tell Me A Secret" on the list. The mixtape-ready tracks should have been "Party No Mo" and "I Do It All Night". Everybody Drunk is also a favorite of mine. Album is hot.”

“This review was CRAZY accurate, you took the words right out of my mouth! I fell in love with the "relationship/sex" side of the album with my favorites being "What Do You Say, Last Night, Speedin, and Wet". "Hoodie" was unfortunately my letdown on the album. It is extremely juvenile. But even that isn't TOO bad. The album is so far my favorite of 2010, but that's until "Love King" drops...”

The Element of Freedom Promo Photo Alicia Keys - “The Element of Freedom”

“I'm halfway through listening to this, and I have to say, you were right, this album WILL evoke emotions in you. While listening to this I literally got a chill over my spine, especially towards the end of "Thats How Strong My Love Is". When skipping through the album it may come off as a bit boring and lacking energy, but after listening to every individual track you will see how much depth their is in the music. Its hard to explain, but this is touching music, and this is coming from a straight guy, lol. I rarely do this, but this album is worth 5 stars, and I haven't even gotten past track 7 yet...”

Malice in Wonderland Promo Photo Snoop Dogg - “Malice in Wonderland”

“Been waiting for this review for a while! This is a contender for my favorite Hip-Hop album of the year, next to Blueprint 3. I have always been a Snoop fan, and although he's getting older, he still pleases the young person's ears. Most of the shine from his new album comes from the production or feaured artists, but Snoop maintains a solid flow throughout the album, and I can say that he did a great job on solo tracks such as "I Wanna Rock" and "1800" (Excluding Jon's yells in the background) My top tracks: "Luv Drunk"- EASILY my favorite! The-Dream is my favorite artist, and although he is on two songs off the album, this is a bit better than "Gangsta Luv". While Gangsta Luv serves its purpose as a banging uptempo, this one is a "bedroom burner". "I Wanna Rock"- This beat is INSANE! This song is impossible to hate on. Perfect choice for a single. The "It Takes Two" sample mixed with the chanting of "Snoop Dogg" makes for a catchy chorus. "1800"- Love the uptempo beat. This song has an amazing flow to it. Jon provides a few ad-libs, but atleast he's not as annoying as usual. "Pimpin Ain't EZ"- Someone tell me the name of the song that this beat samples, I am VERY familiar with it but I can't figure out who sings it and the name of the song? R. Kelly and Snoop make some of the smoothest tracks you will ever hear. This, along with the other songs I listed MUST become singles!”

The State vs. Radric Davis Promo Photo Gucci Mane - “The State vs. Radric Davis”

“Now I feel horrible for rated this 1 star, I need to stop judging artists by their past before listening to the album. I used to hate Gucci, recently I became tolerant of him, after hearing this album I have full respect for him. This album shows immense growth over the Gucci Mane from the days of Pillz and Go Head, imo. The intro is one of the best songs on the album, when I first heard it I knew that the album wasn't going to be bad. Surprisngly, as I was rating the songs on my iPod while listening to the album, I actually rated 6 songs 5 stars (Classical,Sex In Crazy Places, Gingerbread Man, Wasted, Worst Enemy, and Wasted Remix) that shocked me. Usually if I'm not feeling a song I rate it 3 stars, 2 and 1 stars go to interludes depending on the times. I actually gave nothing 3 stars, only 4 stars which is decent to me. Point blank, I was wrong for my low rating, this album deserves at least 4 stars. Anyone else who judged this album because its Gucci Mane, give it a listen, you may be shocked. Its very quality music.”

“This album is Classic, but not as classic as Double Up. I would seriously make some babies to Pregnant, I LOVE IT! Bangin The Headboard aint no joke either! The only songs I haven't learned to appreciate off of this album are Supaman High and Be My #2.”

“I have always respected her style as well, I can't quite put my finger on it though. Her signature voice is very unique, you can tell when she is singing. This is the first album of hers I've downloaded though, and I'm impressed. Swag Back is one of the best, imo, once you get over the "s" word, lol. Pretty Brown is the epitome of a radio smash. For some reason, Im madly in love with Different People! It reminds me of a sad rainy day, on some emotional ish... Thats exactly what this album is to me, a rush of emotions, her voice sends my mind on a trip.”

“After my first listen, I was impressed by a few, but it was overall average. "Ooh Baby" is absoultely addicting, my favorite! "Get Out" is raw as well, but why get rid of Luda? The only song I hate is "Before She Said Hi", maybe it needs a few more listen.”

“I strongly disagree with this review, 3 spins, come on! This is CLASSIC! Best Hip-Hop album of the year, Love Vs. Money is still best R&B to me. My Picks: Venus Vs. Mars A Star Is Born Empire State of Mind Thank You One To The Next One The only two he could have eliminated is the first and last tracks.”

“I do have to agree, a bit of inconsistency, but as far as quality, its above average. Most tracks are FIRE. His best bets at singles would be "Last Time (Gotta Go)" and "Makin Love", but I have to admit "Lullaby" hits pretty hard as well. Solid album, not the best, he lost me after "Pachanga" from that song til the end is crap.”
