Tha Carter III Promo Photo Lil Wayne - “Tha Carter III”

“To be honest i was expecting sumin so commercial it'd make my insides as syrupy as waynes. I mean, lollipop? I was already lookin ahead to The Dedication 3 to listen to wayne being the lyrical genius that he is but man was i impressed with C3. The album is solid, almost but not quite classic. Tie my Hands really got me, Dr. Carter and Phone Home are in the dictionary next to the definition of "definition", er, i mean creativity. I disagree with Nathan on Mr. Carter though, that has got 2 be one of my favourite tracks on C3 and i love the opposite polarity between the Carters. Up to now my favourite album of the past year or so had bee Lupe's The Cool, but i think C3's taken the cup. Kanye's prods were diff but i kinda liked em... Misunderstood was the perfect way to end it. I think this album thoroughly answers all the haters on whether Weezy can have more depth on his lyrics. And delivery, OMG!!!”
