Ambition Promo Photo Wale - “Ambition”

“I really wanted to give it 3 1/2 but i think he deserves the 4. I thought he did a pretty good job of straddling the line as well. I think this album is better than Big Sean's and J. Cole's (as far as the up and coming heavily favored cats)”

#Section80 Promo Photo Kendrick Lamar - “#Section80”

“For those who have NOT figured out what Section 80 means...Section 80 is anyone who was born between 1980-1989, we are the dysfunctional bastard children of the Ronald Reagon Era...if you listen to the first 3 songs, you realize Kendrick is speaking directly to you. "got a high tolerance when your age don't exist" and on Chapter Ten the chant is "Soon you will know...this is about you..." Then on the outro he explains Section 80 means Section 80's Babies”

Back to Black Promo Photo Amy Winehouse - “Back to Black”

“RIP Ms. Winehouse...and this album is a classic because she was able to capture a time...a moment...very similar to Nas' Illmatic or Jay's Reasonable Doubt...it's the feeling that you get half way through that "damn...she really means every word she says"...Amy was far better than she ever let herself realize...”

Fearless Promo Photo Jazmine Sullivan - “Fearless”

“At first I didn't like it...Mainly because I didnt know what to expect, but I knew I didnt expect what I ended up with. But once the hype settled, I realized that I ended up with an incredible artist who deserves enough years in the game to master the art of storytelling and album crafting. The girl definitely has what it takes to be something else...unlike that Robin Thicke character lol.”

Year Of The Gentleman Promo Photo Ne-Yo - “Year Of The Gentleman”

“I AGREE ONE THOUSAND PERCENT!... i was like, this album is GREAT but where is the "Mirror" joint or the "Say It" joint..this is actually the first album Ne-Yo hasnt had one str8 up sex song. but either way, its a great album and any real R&B fan will not be disappointed...the boy's pen game is crazy...”
