I hired a Numark CDN-90, and did not enjoy using it. My DJ’ing style is very basic - don’t do much beat mixing or fancy stuff, so the CDN-90 was overkill for me! The unit I hired stuffed up twice, once when both decks “hung” - they both stuttered and I had to turn the unit off to recover, and once when it decided to loop a second or so of the track and would not let me get out of it without ejecting the disc.
When I returned the unit and told the owner of the problem, they said it was a fault of the CDN-90’s. Needless to say I don’t want to use a CDN-90 again! - The Hairy-Dude

Makes fuzzy sound even after recording cdr at 4x...Used it at a club and made me sound like an amature. - DJ Frank
