Vestax CDX-05 Features

The Vestax CDX-05 tabletop CD player features a unique vinyl filter mode, which cleverly adjusts the filter settings to give digital sound the warmth of vinyl. Now mixing between CD/MP3 tracks and vinyl tracks have become closer than ever before. The CDX-05 also has an amazing array of features designed for DJ use. Total pitch adjustment, up to ±100%, allows any track and style to be mixed and with a high quality master tempo function the sound quality does not deteriorate, even at extremes pitches. MP3 data and CD-RW can be read with the CDX-05, allowing for convenient use of home made recordings. Seamless loops can be created with a separate 8-second sampler and multiple beat-sync able effects, where mixes can be made even more exciting and creative than ever before. The added inclusion of the TT-LINK accessory socket will also allow DJs to control the basic CD functions via any turntable simply by adding the Tascam accessory wheel.

The CDX-05 features D/A Convert and Vestax' original vinyl filter that gives digital sound the "warmth" of vinyl. The original CD filter applied to cut the noise from loud volumes, adjusts the ear-ripping noise to a frequency that gives the sound additional depth and smoothness, similar to a traditional turntable.
