The Sony MDR-V700 DJ headphones are great DJing headphones. In addition to being light and comfortable, they also are extremely durable. Metal ear pieces and strong joints means that these will last through some abuse. The sounds the Sony MDR-V700 DJ headphones put out is both loud and clear, with crisp highs and deep lows.
These things suck. If you check around, you will see that they will all eventually break at the pivot. Sony sells the replacement parts for about $20 a piece, but they will just break again. Its a design flaw and sony sells them knowing this. - DJ Thorsten
