The newest V-MODA over the ear headphones are being announced/released this week and we've already got our hands on a set (or two) for a complete and full out HD-Video review which will be completed shortly. The newest headphones in the V-MODA lineup are the Crossfade M-100 Pro DJ Headphones that share some similarities with the popular Crossfade LP2's but also add some cool new features that DJ's are sure to love. The most obvious upgrade that DJ's will enjoy is the new folding metal hinges found on the Crossfade M-100's that will allow DJ's to fold and collapse them into a smaller form factor for transport and storage. There's a few more updates that we'll go over in the full review to be released shortly. Check out the unboxing video inside to see a quick-look at a fresh set of Crossfade M-100 headphones.
The V-Moda Headphones are some of my personal favorites with their metal construction, comfortable feel, and all around great performance. I still have my own personal pair of Crossfade LP2's and V-80 (M-80 special True-Blood Edition) and there is no way I will ever give them up. I use them for gigs, traveling, and everyday listening. V-Moda has now announced that they are bringing the M-80 on-the-ear headphones out to the market in all white. Check out the press release and our review video inside for lots more information and more on how to get your own set.
Every DJ or performer knows how valuable our hearing is to us. So it should always be protected when being exposed to high decibel levels for extended periods of time. Last year, V-Moda teamed up with Ear Armor to bring some very high quality Ear Plugs to the market called V-Moda Faders. This year, the V-Moda Faders VIP version is released but this time with some very welcomed upgrades and features. The Faders VIP have a detachable cable, different sized silicon fittings, and a cool carry case. Check the press release and pricing information inside to get your set today.
The V-Moda Crossfade LP2 Limited Edition Matte Black Headphones are the newest premier cans produced by V-Moda that are sure to be just right for the performing DJ's, producers, MP3 & Smartphone users and just about everyone in between. The V-Moda LP2's have a mostly metal construction with great durability, top-grade sound quality, and lots of features that everyone can come to appreciate. Check inside for the Full HD-Video review.
In collaboration with Ear Armor, V-Moda has released some new earplugs called Faders that will protect DJ's hearing when in a very loud performance environment. These aren't your average earplugs. Theya re made from top-grade metals and medical grade silicone fittings to reduce the noise by 12 dB across the sound spectrum which still allows the user to enjoy the music and speech in a loud environment. They are going for only $15 right now, so get them while you can. That's a small price to pay for protecting your ears. Full press release and links inside.
Earlier in the year, we brought you the V-Moda V-80 Trueblood (on-the-ear) DJ headphones full video review and now we are ready to test out their new Limited Edition Crossfade LP2 Matte Black Metal (over-the-ear) DJ Headphones in a full HD-Video review as well. We should have the review completed within the next week but check out this unboxing and first impressions video in the meantime to see what comes in the packaging with the purchase. These All-metal headphones have great durability and excellent styling to boot. If the V-Moda LE LP2's perform anything like it's smaller V-80 sibling, then these should be a serious contender in the $200 DJ headphone market. Video after the jump.
Back in the summer, we brought you the full video review of the V-Moda V-80 on-the-ear headphones which were extremely durable and offered great sound. Now V-Moda is offering the Crossfade LP2 in a limited edition Matte Black Metal version which is essentially, the over-the-ear versions of the V-80's. They offer interchangeable side shields which can be customized to make your headphones stand out from the others. These LP2's are the same popular DJ headphones as the original Crossfade LP's but with a list of upgrades. Check the full press release inside for more information.
I recently reviewed the new on-the-ear Headphones by V-Moda called the True Blood V-80 Headphones. Now V-Moda is re-releasing the same headphones to the non-True Blood believers called the M-80 Headphones. These headphones are excellent in almost every way and I even kept a set for myself. The pricetag will be $230 (which is the same as the V-80's), but they are worth every penny as they have superior sound quality and they are extremely durable. I won't be getting another set of these headphones as we already reviewed them via full video review, but these are basically the same headphones without all of the True blood product branding.
