Introducing the Marshall Monitor Headphones

Last year we reviewed the Marshall Major headphones that had good sound, good construction, and a cool retro-throwback Guitar Amp look that many people loved. This year Marshall has created a new set of headphones called the Marshall Monitor headphones which has a set of heavy-duty Folding hinges, over-the-ear design with good isolation, and an additional headphone input port on the other earcup to share the music with a friend. NAMM 2013: DPA d:facto II Microphone

The NAMM 2013 show is upon us later this month and the DJ product news is starting to heat up. DPA is set to Unveil its new d:facto™ II Vocal Mic at the 2013 NAMM Show later this month. These new d:facto II Microphones can work in a wired configuration, or the user can purchase the wireless adapter (pictured) that will turn the d:facto II into a wireless microphone. The wireless microphone adapter allows the d:facto II to work with many premium wireless Microphones already on the market including Sony, Shure, Audio-Technica, and many more. [[Video] Cerwin-Vega P-Series Events

Cerwin-Vega! recently launched its new P-Series professional PA system, with events at the Gibson Showrooms in New York and Los Angeles. This new product, from the Gibson Pro Audio brand, was put to the test by artists such as DJ Premier, The Dirty Pearls, echosmith and DJ Serafin. Suited for any sound reinforcement application, from live performances to public speeches, the P-Series P1500X speakers were used both as monitor wedges and stacked with the P1800SX subwoofers for full amplification. V-Moda M-100 DJ Headphones Now Shipped!

The Long Awaited V-Moda M-100 Professional DJ headphones have now shipped and are on their way to a retailer near you. If you paid for your V-Moda's before they were released, then you should just about have your set right now. If not, then hang tight because it is on the way! Holophone: Professional Customizable Microphones

Microphones have been pretty much the same in terms of looks and styling for years and years. Usually you have a black and/or silver combination of colors to make up your everyday run-of-the-mill microphone. Even though some are possibly made out of better electronics and materials than others, they still all look just about the same. In steps the new Holophone Customizable and Professional Microphones that allows performers and DJ's the option to customize each mic's Casing, Windscreen, and grille on the fly. Vestax HMX-05 Headphones Announced

One of the items that may have been lost in the sea of new DJ gear at this year's BPM a few weeks ago is the new Vestax HMX-05 DJ Headphones. The new Vestax HMX-05 headphones have the new Vestax "Red and Black" color scheme, a detachable pro-grade cable, 40mm Bass-Heavy drivers, and they can fold up nicely so DJ's can take them on the road easily. Audio-Technica System 10 Wireless Mics

Audio-Technica has been leading the industry with it's wireless and wired microphone systems that exude excellent sound quality and longevity to match. We recently reviewed one of their wireless microphone systems, but now Audio-Technica has introduced the new System 10 receivers and transmitters that operate in the clear 2.4gHz range. AMS+DJbooth Top DJ Headphone Picks

There are lots of headphones out there for DJ's to choose from and sometimes it's hard to determine exactly which headphones would be right for each user. DJbooth.net has recently teamed up with American Musical Supply (AMS) to bring you a "Top DJ Headphone Picks" list which breaks down the features of a good DJ headphone and offers up some fine examples of DJ headphones that are currently for sale at the AMS website.
