[Video] Sol Republic Master Tracks Headphones Unboxing & First Impressions

The Sol Republic Master Tracks professional over-the-ear headphones feature a rugged design and 100% user replaceable parts. This is the main reason behind bringing the Master Tracks headphones into the DJbooth Lab to test them out and see how they would perform from a DJ's perspective. They have a lightweight design and they feel really comfortable. The full HD-Video review will come out within the next few weeks after I've put them through the paces. [Video] Urbanears Slussen Now Available

Urbanears produces some great-sounding and great-looking headphones for DJ's, Producers, and everyone else who just wants a good set of headphones for all around listening. Urbanears has just come up with a new and exciting product called Slussen. The Slussen is a U-shaped mini-adapter that will allow users to connect the iphone to both external speakers and a set of headphones at the same time for a true DJ-like experience all in the palm of your hand. Audio-Technica releases ATH-M50RD Limited-Edition Red Headphones

DJ and Producers alike have used the Audio-Technica ATH-M50 headphones with great success. Everyone seems to like the lightweight design and rugged durability paired with a great sound that accurately reproduces the source material. The ATH-M50's are currently sold in Black or white color schemes and now AT has released the new ATH-M50RD as a limited Red edition. Urbanears Headphones Spring/Summer 2013 Colors Released

The new Urbanears headphone colors for the Spring and Summer seasons are now available for purchase everywhere Urbanears headphones are sold. The Urbanears line of headphones includes the Plattan (lightweight on the ear headphones), the Medis, and the recently reviewed Zinken (Professional DJ Grade headphones). Each of these headphones come in more than ten different colors, and now we can add the new three Spring colors to the list; Petro, Olive and Coral. Introducing the Marshall Monitor Headphones

Last year we reviewed the Marshall Major headphones that had good sound, good construction, and a cool retro-throwback Guitar Amp look that many people loved. This year Marshall has created a new set of headphones called the Marshall Monitor headphones which has a set of heavy-duty Folding hinges, over-the-ear design with good isolation, and an additional headphone input port on the other earcup to share the music with a friend. Vestax HMX-05 Headphones Announced

One of the items that may have been lost in the sea of new DJ gear at this year's BPM a few weeks ago is the new Vestax HMX-05 DJ Headphones. The new Vestax HMX-05 headphones have the new Vestax "Red and Black" color scheme, a detachable pro-grade cable, 40mm Bass-Heavy drivers, and they can fold up nicely so DJ's can take them on the road easily. Pioneer HDJ-500 Headphones Now in Green & Violet

Pioneer is now offering its base-model DJ headphones in all of the colors they offer the new DDJ-WeGO. The Pioneer HDJ-500's which are already offered in Black, White, and Red, will now also be offered in the latest color schemes of Green and Violet. We reviewed the HDJ-500's a while back and they are a great DJ headphone for all users all in a great price. The new Green and Violet HDJ-500's will be available by the end of December 2012 with a street price of about $125. Check out the press release straight from Pioneer and my review inside.
