Despite rampant rumors ‘round the Web that his forthcoming album, Relapse, was set to drop before or during the ’08 holiday shopping season, Eminem and his music were nowhere to be heard from in November and December. After releasing his new Dr. Dre and 50 Cent-assisted record, “Crack A Bottle,” to much fanfare, however, Interscope is hoping that Slim Shady’s first album in five years will make 2009 a year to remember.

Easy decision here, '09 definitely looks good on paper. IF Dre drops then that would be the pick, but you never know with Detox. Other major releases would be The-Dream/Love. Vs. Money, Fabolous/Loso's Way, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony/Uni5, Eminem/Relapse, Dre/Detox, Kanye/Untitled rap release, Jay-Z/Blueprint 3, Ciara/Fantasy Ride and some others. Anywayz, Em gets the pick here.
