Tyga
Thanks to co-signs from label bosses Lil Wayne (Young Money Entertainment) and Peter Wentz (Decaydance), California emcee Tyga burst onto the scene in 2008. A cousin of Gym Class Heroes lead vocalist Travis McCoy, the young artist released his debut album, No Introduction, in June, led by the catchy single, “Coconut Juice,” and has plans to follow it up with the appropriately-titled The Introduction, in mid-2009.

K Sparks and Tyga were solid for sure, but I gave this to UNI. Their album - chicken and watermelon - was solid and they had a lot of good features.

I completely disagree. His album was awful. But at the same time. Tyga will undoubtedly make a name for himself. He has that charisma and drive to be recognized, as my man Kermit says.

IMO people just came on, and voted, cause i know alot of people dont know about Sparks, and alot of people dont APPRECIATE true artist like him, so they just dont listen to him, and under-rate him, there loss, for me, Sparks is the man to go to every week.. and i would pick him over alot of people ANY day.. even Weezy..

Did somebody overflow the votes or something this is a shame that Tyga won. He is mediocre at best and has just a few hits. A true hip-hop fan knows this K. Sparks is the next big thing!

have to admit, I didn't listen to any of the other dudes on here, so Tyga was my choice. I didn't think Tyga was that bad, he just dropped his album on the wrong day, got jacked by the streets and looked stupid eating money to prove he's stackin. Tyga's got some skills, but he needs better direction regarding his audience. The other guys listed were probably pretty good I just didn't hear any of their records.
