Lil Wayne ft. Static Major – Lollipop
Back in March, Lil' Wayne released a lil' record called “Lollipop,” and the Carter III single proceeded to tear up the charts, netting Weezy his first number one record on the Hot 100. In addition to being perhaps the most ubiquitous song of '08, Lollipop marked the beginning of Wayne's Auto-Tune experimentation, and propelled the love-it-or-hate-it studio effect to new heights of popularity.

i thought this was the toughest category, i forget all the songs nominated but i would have been ok with lollipop,put on, or my life....... PS Put On definitley sounds the best in my car...love the bass |

Game & Wayne did their thing with "My Life", but I think the track of the year was Jeezy and Kanye with "Put On". I mentioned it in the other category, but that track just had everything together and went hard. "Put On" song of the year, runner up Wayne & Game "My Life".
