With last year's New Wave LP, Ibn Inglor built on the foundation he established with Booth-hosted debut Gawdspeed, and cemented himself as one of the most compelling, experimental voices on the Windy City scene. Now, he is ready to push the envelope yet further with New Wave 2.

Penned and recorded in an intensive two-month spree of creative effort, the set packs 14 original jams from the unsigned spitter. In addition to "ICE," which was originally released as a Booth-exclusive freestyle, it comes complete with reader-approved singles "BELIEF" and "DAMAGED."

Drea Smith, Gallant and Nick Acquroff (of SONS ET AL) make guest appearances throughout the album, which boasts beats by the likes of Apex Martin, Arran Sym, Danny Winter and E.N.O.N Jacobs.
