Native New Yorker and buzzing hip-pop artist Hoodie Allen has released his brand new free album Crew Cuts. The 11-track project, which acts as a follow-up to last year's #1 (on iTunes) album All American, includes Booth-featured video singles "Cake Boy" and "Fame Is for A*****es."

Joining Allen on Crew Cuts are Chance The Rapper, Chiddy, G-Eazy, Jared Evan, OCD: Moosh & Twist, Shwayze and Skizzy Mars, while production is handled by !llmind, Evan, RJF and Sap.

Dude is pretty big where I live (East Coast). Music definitely caters to more Pop/Alternative Hip Hop fan base. Decent songs, good production.

Its a good album, but I feel that his sound is too similar across all the tracks. There's no doubt that there are really good tracks on this album, but just a little too much of the same sound. 3.5

Did he say "Your life sucks like the Ravens?" Hah. He's really good but his flow isn't as original as it could be - sometimes it's cool to mimic other rappers like Kanye and Big Sean but I can't tell if he was making a point with that or not.

He's decent but no substance, I cant see my self hearing this more then once. There are way better party tracks out there. 2.5 very average
