After the success of his highly rated debut album Camp, actor turned rapper turned raptor Childish Gambino has released his latest free project in the form of Royalty. The set includes previously-featured selections "Silk Pillow" and "We Ain't Them." Guest features includes Ab-Soul, Beck, Bun B, Chance the Rapper, Danny Brown, Ghostface Killah, Nipsey Hussle, RZA, ScHoolboy Q and more.

Fantastic album. There are some weak tracks, the handful of lyrically dumbed down "banger" type tracks just don't hit the spot for me when it comes to Gambino.

Shouldn't complain about free albums in the first place, tho this album even more so. Loving the flow Gambino rides on this album and the production is clean as well, without being over the top. Enjoyed the previous selections of "Silk Pillow" and "We Ain't Them", and tracks like "Unnecessary" continued the run of favorable listens.

Not something you can listen to from start to finish without skipping a few fillers but the good tracks are just really really good. Childish can never disappoint too much.
